Challenge

Condominiums juggle reservations, invoices, documents, assemblies, deliveries and visitor access across disconnected channels. Becaptain set out to build its own product: one secure app for residents and doormen, with billing reliable enough that no charge is ever lost.

Approach

1. 01Shipped a Flutter app on iOS and Android with secure OTP login over WhatsApp.
2. 02Built a Node.js backend for reservations, invoices, documents and assemblies with voting.
3. 03Ran on AWS (Lambda + EC2) with a queue system for reliable invoice generation.
4. 04Added visitor management, package tracking and community alerts for the whole condo.
